Run Luora locally

The whole app on your machine, for Your Claude and a live link to one export.

Most of Luora works on luorasec.xyz. Run it locally when you want Your Claude (Ask answered by your own Claude Code and plan), or the app pointed at one project's export without a bridge.

LUORA_DATA_PATH=/abs/path/to/your-project/luora-data.json pnpm dev

Open http://localhost:3000/trace. Start test runs the exporter next to that file, and Reload trace (⌘R) re-reads it after every export.
